Quick and easy Gingerbread Cheesecake in a Jar with your favorite müsli
Are you feeling like Christmas yet?
If you would ask me that question I would probably answer: I’m not sure yet.
Because I really am not sure. For the first time ever I’m not completely ready for it. The Christmas kind of surprised me this year. Christmas is almost behind the doors and I’m not exactly feeling the Christmas-mood so far yet. I feel like the last Christmas were just 3 months ago and the summer was only a weak ago. But that doesn’t mean that I’m not happy about them to come. I’m always happy about Christmas. It’s my favorite holiday of all time after my birthday of course. Hmm, let me see … Yep, after my birthday.
Buuuut … I made this Gingerbread cheesecake to remind myself that the Christmas is really almost here. And they’ll be here very shortly. You’ll see. Every year there are coming so fast. You have a feeling that one Christmas just ended and here you go another Christmas waiting behind the doors again. Shoot!
Time flies people. Time flies!
And I made the gingerbread cheesecake to be ready for the Christmas and mostly to get myself ready for it. Like: drinking Cinnamon Chai Tea Latte in Starbucks, baking gingerbread cookies (too early? Meh, whatever) and most of all SHOPPING! Now that depends on what kind of person are you. If you are that person who shops for Christmas presents all year, or the one that has all the presents ready and packed in September or that person who quickly run from shop to shop on 24th
My dad is the one that shops few hours before the Christmas dinner. Can you imagine that?
I reader have the presents ready just in time that I don’t have to be worry and stressed.
So and at that point, I made myself this Gingerbread Cheesecake which gave me that Christmas mood and which by the way tastes Delish 😉
I made mine with müsli with a dried crunchy strawberries inside. And the second one for Adam with a crunchy chocolate müsli.
Big YUM for both of them!
Gingerbread Cheesecake in a JarPrint Recipe
- 6-7 Tbsp Mascarpone
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Gingerbread powder
- few Tbsp your favorite Müsli
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Add your favorite müsli to the first 1/3 of the jar. Pour in the cheesecake mixture and add more müsli on a top.
Cover the jars and put them in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Take off the lid and enjoy.
You can also top it with extra honey or agave syrup if you would like it sweeter. I made mine with a dried strawberry müsli and a chocolate müsli the other one.
