Cinnamon Avocado Balls made from Riccota Cheese and covered in Cocoa
Honestly, I planned to make those as a Christmas treats, but I change my mind because you don’t have to eat those only at Christmas. Just because they are Cinnamon Balls that doesn’t mean you have to eat them at Christmas. You can just eat those whenever you want. Whenever you desire. When you have cravings for something sweet and homemade and also when you have time and joy for rolling those in your hands. Because let’s face it. Not always is the time that you like to bake something on your own. Someday is just the day that you rather order something or buy some sweet snack at a grocery or when you are lucky and your mom or grandma is baking some delicious pie you definitely go there.
I just love those lucky moments that you don’t have to bake anything and just go to grandmas and enjoy her delicious and great smelling pie there. Because grandma is always/only baking delicious pies and cheesecakes, right? That’s just the Grandmas profession. All grandmas on the world are baking the deliciousness. I have no idea how they do it. But I hope one day I’m also gonna be in that Grandma-Baking-Deliciousness Profession. And I’ll be baking for my grandchildren which will call me the best grandma in the world (even though every grandma in the world is the best). I’m just excited. Or maybe that’s just way too soon, right? I’m only 24 and I’m already thinking about being a grandma. What’s wrong with me??
Let’s rather change the subject, shall we?
Back to those Cinnamon Avocado balls. Which are so easy to make. Well, you know me. When didn’t I make anything easy? Because mostly I like easy recipes. And those cinnamon avocado balls are very easy. Why? The main thing of why they are so easy is that you can add all the ingredients to a food processor and he does around 2/3 job for you. Then you just have to roll those in your hand and form them into nice ball forms. And lastly you roll them in a cocoa to Make’em Pretty, that’s right!
When it comes to a food processor or any kind of kitchen essentials my favorite place to find and use many of those is my parent’s kitchen. Cause my dad (as me) likes many kitchen essentials. And of course one of the best ones. He got all different kinds of kitchen essentials and all of those could be used on so many and different stuff and food preparation. I think that one of my most favorite ones is this Food Processor which you can use for almost everything. Including those Cinnamon Avocado Balls.
So add all the ingredients for cinnamon avocado balls, mix them up and Roll them awaaaaaayyyy!! Enjoy 😉
Cinnamon Avocado BallsPrint Recipe
- 5 ounces (150g) Riccota Cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 1 ounce (30g) Protein Powder
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Flour or grated Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Cocoa Powder for Rolling
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and mix everything until well combined. Taste it and add more sugar if needed.
Transfer it to a bowl and let it chill in a fridge for about 1 hour.
Prepare a bowl with a cocoa powder.
Take the mixture out from the fridge and form the mixture into small balls by squeezing until ball forms. Roll the balls in a cocoa powder until covered.
Keep the balls in a fridge or eat them right away.
I found the rolling in a cocoa powder easy by just placing the ball into a bowl of cocoa and just gently shaking with the bowl. That way the ball was all covered in a cocoa very quickly and your hands would be much cleaner.
