The secret lies in the moisture(aka the liquid percentage), the baking temperatures, and the baking timing. When these three parameters are adhered to, you will receive soft and fluffy chocolate chip cookies.

How To Make the Most Fluffiest Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Step 1: Gather the ingredients.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter.

Step 3: Add egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda, flour, and cinnamon.

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • Half cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup choc chips of chocolate or chocolate chopped

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, flour, and cinnamon. Combine the dry ingredients into the butter, and mix until the dough is able to come together.
