One 4-ounce serving of Beyond Beef is made up of:

  • Twenty grams of protein comes from peas, mung beans, and rice protein. This ingredient provides the appearance of a flexible texture.
  • The six grams of saturated fats from beets add color to meat after it is cooked from beets.
