The actor’s latest diet plans had him eating two meals in the first two hours before the majority of us had even got up. He also goes to bed at 8pm at night, which is the time when many of us have just sat down on the sofa!

Wahlberg’s diet is heavily protein-based which includes egg whites, turkey burgers and meatballs. He also eats lots and, by that, we’re referring to lots. If you decide to start eating and living like this you must also adhere to a strict eating plan and, in addition, you should spend long hours exercising.

After starring in the film Mile 22 in 2018, this is what his daily routine consisted of:


  • 2.30am – Wake up
  • 2:45am – Prayers
  • 3.15am – Breakfast 1: consisting of steel oatmeal, peanut butter, blueberries, eggs and peanut butter
  • 3:40-5:15am – Morning gym session #1
  • 5.30am – Breakfast 2: Protein shake, 3 turkey burgers and five sweet potato pieces
  • – Shower
  • 7:30am – Golf
  • 8am – Snack: 10 turkey meatballs (yes, 10!)
  • 9:30am – Cryo chamber recovery
  • 10:00am – Breakfast 3: Grilled chicken salad, 2 hard-boiled eggs with olives, avocado, cucumber, tomato and lettuce wraps
  • 11am – Family time, meetings any work calls


  • 1pm – Lunch: New York steak with green peppers
  • 2pm – Meetings/work calls
  • 3pm – Pick up children from school
  • 3.30pm – Snack: Grilled chicken served with bok choy
  • 4pm – Gym session #2


  • 5pm – Shower
  • 5:45pm – Family time and dinner: halibut or cod, salmon or sea bass with vegetables, such as sautéed spinach or bok choy
  • 7.30pm – Relax and sleep
