To make the dough:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/4 TSP instant yeast
- 1/4 cup of sugar granulated
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter softened
- 5 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup butter to be divided
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar, split
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
To make the vanilla frosting:
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Create the dough. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour, and yeast.
- Make sure to heat the milk and butter. Once the butter has melted, beat in the eggs. Add them and mix.
- Add the liquid mixture to the flour, and stir until the dough is incorporated. Make the dough by kneading it in a bowl until it is smooth, then cover with a damp cloth. The dough should rise until it has doubled in size.
- Make this dough into balls of 54-60.
- Create the coating. Mix cinnamon with sugar and divide.
- The butter should be melted in the saucepot. Then put aside to cool.
- Dip each ball into the butter, then coat them with a mix of cinnamon. Save any remaining sugar and blend it with the sugar that was divided.
- Pour the butter leftover from the ball into the bundt dish to cover it with a coating. Sprinkle it over the remaining sugar-cinnamon mix.
