- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
Cover a cookie tray with parchment or waxed paper, and put aside.
Mix peanut butter, honey, vanilla, maple syrup, salt, and butter into a pan and cook until combined and completely melted.
Mix in cocoa powder.
Mix well with oats.
Drop 1 tablespoon of the mix onto the baking sheet you’ve prepared.
Place it in the freezer or refrigerator until it is firm (about thirty minutes).
