Start by adding the softened butter and sugar into a large mixing bowl, then blend the two using the wooden spoon until you’ve got an even mixture.

You’ll need to ensure that your butter is soft before beginning this process. It’s important to get rid of any lumps that are hard within your brown sugar. The whole process should take about 2 to 3 minutes to mix.

I’m Having Trouble With My Brown Sugar Is Hard, How Do I Make It Softer?

We’ve all experienced that moment when we’re preparing to cook our most loved recipe, and we reach for brown sugar only to discover that it’s transformed into…a brick. We’ve got a fantastic technique to help bring that brown sugar back into its original form.

Place the sugar in a bowl that can be microwaved and place a damp towel over it. Microwave for short bursts of 20 seconds each.

After 20 seconds, you should check to see if the sugar has become soft. If it’s not, continue to microwave it for 20 seconds until it’s at the level of softness you want.

Then, add the condensed milk, flour as well as vanilla. Mix it all using a wooden spoon. The batter should resemble normal cookie dough.

Add your sprinkles, stirring to mix. Choose your preferred sprinkles. We used the rainbow sprinkles in our mix because we believe rainbow sprinkles can make anything better!

Since we’re not placing these cookies into the oven, it’s obvious that we did not add any eggs like you would in the traditional recipe for sugar cookies. The absence of eggs ensures that these cookies are safe to eat, even without baking.

The following part will be where this recipe starts to get exciting…

Making Sugar Cookies with No Bake

Let dough chill for about 30 minutes. After that, take your bowl and, using a spoon, scoop some dough out and form it into a round ball. Then, place cookies on the sheet and leave about an inch or two between each one.

When you’ve got your baking sheets fully filled, and the baking sheet is full, you can press down on the dough balls in order to create an oval cookie shape. Make sure that the tops of the cookies are flat since you’ll be frosting them later.

Put the cookie tray in your fridge and allow the dough to cool for an additional 30-minutes. Meanwhile, you can continue with the many other things you need to accomplish during the day!

The last stage is to prepare the icing to decorate the cookies. Naturally, one is able to enjoy the cookies as is without icing however, if you’re feeling like looking a bit classy, you can add some decorative flair!

The icing is easy to make with confectioners, sugar, and a few drops of water. Add the sugar into a small bowl and sprinkle the water on top of small amounts, one drop at one interval, until it reaches an even, smooth consistency.

If the icing you’ve used is too thick, you can add water. If you feel the icing is excessively thin, then add a little more sugar. If you’d like to add color to your icing, you can add a few drops of your preferred food coloring now and mix it all together until it’s equally.

It’s time to put it all altogether!

Take the chilled cookies out of the refrigerator and add 14 teaspoons of frosting each. We recommend using an offset spatula to make this job simpler. However, any knife will do just as well.

Sprinkle more sprinkles on the icing that is wet and then place the cookies in the refrigerator for a few hours to set the icing up.

When the icing has cooled, Cookies are now ready to be enjoyed! Cookies can be stored cookies in the refrigerator indefinitely for 5 or more days if they’re able to last for that long!
