I always love to eat spicy food and yes of course aromatic chilies, in this post, I introduce you to my own version of spicy and aromatic fried green chili recipe and I’m sure if you are a spicy food and chili love then you will love to cook and taste this easy to cook fried green chili recipe.
Before I introduced you to the recipe first let you know that how the recipe is born and natively which country originally belongs to the recipe.
Ok, I’m a tech geek but have some cooking creativity skills in my blood, well sometimes my cooking creativity is unrecognized by myself. I mean what I want to cook and finally what I cooked and taste..I think you all better understand what I want to say and you all facing such a situation..well it was a funny story and don’t think that I’m am a dumb cook.
I know that I have extra expertise and cooking skill to cook the green chili dish originally come from Asian regen India, yes as a residence I’m from India and as a food blogger, I am a global citizen. Who loves to travel the world and taste the famous food from around the world and sometimes a little bit of cooking.
Ok, now I’m not stretching the story of the Fried green chili recipe and directly coming to the topic, so here below are the ingredients and recipe instructions (whole cooking process).

- 250 grams Green chilies (any mild normal spicy medium-sized green chilies)
- 3 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 ts turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- Oil 5-6 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Cooking Pots:
- 1 Frying pan
First, wash all green chilies and clean water with a cotton cloth
Now make a verticle long cut into the chili
Now it's time to make spicy stuff (homemade spice) for green chilies. To do this
Mix cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice together and make a thick paste.
Now stuff the homemade spice paste in all chilies equally and take it aside.
Now peel all garlic cloves and cut them into cubes
Take a friend pan and add oil and heat on low flame, then fry the garlic into the oil until the color changed to a golden brown.
Now add all stuffed chilies into the frying pan and slow cook on low heat. You can flip and turn chilies randomly after 2-3 minutes
When you see that the all chilies are moist and soft and off the gas and now the fried green chilies are ready to serve and you can use it as a side dish and take it salads and spicy combination.
