Spelt Flour Pesto Sandwich with Mozzarella as a perfect summer lunch

Summer Mozzarella Pesto SandwichPrint Recipe
- Spelt Flour Bread
- a jar of Pesto
- Mozzarella Cheese
The first thing you can prepare and bake the Spelt Flour Bread. When the bread is ready, cut it into slices.
Then you just assemble the rest of the ingredients. Starting with pesto. Layer 1 to 2 teaspoons of pesto on one side of the spelt flour toast. Then cut the mozzarella and tomato into thin slices and layer them on a toast. Cover the toast with a second part. All done. Enjoy 😊
One thing about the toast. You can make it in a toaster for a crunchy flavor or just leave it as it is. I like it both ways.
