Have you ever heard about Mini Salad Baskets?
Me neither. Until now. I just couldn’t come up with a better name for those salad baskets. Which by the way suits them perfectly. And I tell you. It’s so much fun to eat them! Well. It might take some time while you figure out how to eat them properly. So that you won’t end up with a huge piece of tomato or avocado covered in a yogurt dressing on your shirt. Nobody likes to see that.
Maybe you are asking ,,Why Salad Baskets?”
Well. I love salads. Especially this one. And I usually eat them from a bowl. A bowl full of salad covered with a delicious dressing. But sometimes you want some change. Something different. Right? Well, at least I do. I love new things and changes. So I was experimenting a little. How to make a salad more exciting. Something different than just sometimes-boring-bowl-of salad. And then there I saw them. In a grocery store. ,,Stand ‘n Stuff” Soft Tortillas in a shape of baskets or cups let’s say. And there I came up with an idea.

What you will need for the Mini Tortilla Salad Baskets:
- Salad or Arugula (I love both)
- Avocado
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Radish
- Green Olives
- Cucumber
- Feta Cheese (the second best thing about this salad)
- shredded Mozzarella
- Garlic Herb Dressing (the best part!)
