Meet Stephanie Gravalese, a versatile freelance writer, photographer, recipe developer, and the creator behind the Slow Living Kitchen blog.
She is passionate about food, farming, and the craft beer industry. She has been featured in publications such as Food & Wine, The Guardian, EatingWell, Martha Stewart Living, Saveur, Thrillist, and Wine Enthusiast.
Stephanie’s belief in slow food and spending time in the kitchen, garden, and nature is reflected in her Slow Kitchen Living blog, where she shares her philosophy and seasonal recipes, along with tips for foraging wild foods.
As a food and beverage journalist, she specializes in telling the stories of Black and Brown makers, chefs, and experts in their fields. She is dedicated to promoting diversity in the food and beverage industry.
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in informational and organizational psychology from Bay Path University and a bachelor’s degree in cultural studies from Hampshire College. Her education and experience have equipped her with a unique perspective on the intersection of food, culture, and psychology.
